- Our credit monitoring and reporting service provider, to retrieve business credit data and furnish payment history to the applicable business credit bureaus.

- Marketplace and referral partners listed in our Resources directory, only where you choose to click through or apply.
- Professional advisors, regulators, and law enforcement where required by law or to protect our rights.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including recordkeeping obligations that apply to lending and credit-reporting activity), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
