California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").
1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers (name, email address, IP address).
- Commercial information (business details, subscription and payment history).
- Financial and credit-related information (business credit report data, loan account status, where applicable).
- Internet or network activity (usage of our website and Services).
- Inferences drawn from the above to provide credit tracking and recommendations.
We do not knowingly collect the personal information of minors under 16, and we do not sell the personal information of minors.
2. Sources of Personal Information
Directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from our credit monitoring and reporting service provider, and from our banking partner where you hold a credit builder loan account.
3. Purposes for Collection
As described in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, underwriting and servicing credit builder loan accounts, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations.
4. Disclosures and Sharing
We disclose personal information to the categories of third parties described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on how "share" is defined under CCPA regulations, certain advertising-related cookies (if enabled in the future) could be considered "sharing" — we will provide an opt-out mechanism here if and when that applies.
5. Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and (if applicable) sold or shared.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Submit a request to privacy@developbusinesscredit.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request, which may require confirming account details. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
